Baotuo Tissue Machine, a subsidiary of Baosuo Enterprise Group, has recently secured another major equipment order from Vinda (RGE Group), further deepening the long-standing strategic partnership between the two companies.
In early June 2026, Vinda Personal Care (China) Co., Ltd., part of the RGE Group, launched Phase III of its tissue capacity expansion project in Xiaogan, Hubei Province, China. Under this project, Baotuo successfully signed a contract to supply six BC1800-3490 high-speed crescent former tissue machines. This marks the fourth collaboration between the two parties, following previous projects in Xinhui (Guangdong), Jiujiang (Jiangxi), and Rizhao (Shandong), bringing the total number of contracted crescent former machines to eighteen.

- Equipment model: BC1800-3490 high-speed crescent former tissue machine.
- Technical specifications: equipped with an 18-foot large-diameter Yankee dryer; design speed of 1,800 m/min; trim width of 3,490 mm; annual production capacity of 30,000 tonnes per machine.
- Project objective: support the Phase III expansion of Vinda's Xiaogan production base and increase premium tissue production capacity.
Partnership Development
Following RGE Group's acquisition of Vinda International, Vinda became the flagship brand within RGE's tissue business segment. As a key equipment supplier, Baotuo has maintained close strategic cooperation with RGE Group and its subsidiaries, including Vinda and APRIL.
- In November 2025, Baotuo won the bid for RGE Group's Shandong hand towel project, supplying two BLW900-2850 hand towel machines.
- In February 2026, Baotuo signed a contract for Phase II of RGE Group's premium tissue project in Rizhao, Shandong, with an annual capacity of 150,000 tonnes, supplying two hand towel machines and four BC1800-2850 crescent former tissue machines.
- Over the years, Baotuo has delivered equipment to multiple sites, including Xinhui in Guangdong and Jiujiang in Jiangxi, establishing a stable and reliable supply chain partnership.
These successive agreements underscore Baotuo's important role in supporting RGE Group's expansion of premium tissue production capacity. The company has established a particularly strong competitive position in the high-speed crescent former tissue machine segment.
